There are many events that accompany a wedding we can assist you with; Bridal Showers, Luncheons, Bridal Tea, Rehearsal Dinner and Wedding Receptions. Our professional catering staff can assist you with these events to make your wedding day perfect and stress free.
The Reception
The Grand Ballroom will accomodate up to 500 guests. It can also be broken down into four seperate sections. We do require food minimums.
The space includes:
- Cake table, china plates, serving set and staff to cut the cake. (The cake must be prepared and brought in by an outside cake decorator)
- Bride & Groom table, gift table, book table and head table upon request
- Risers for head table or stage (on request)
- Centerpieces -Table Lamp or Silk Arrangements
- White Linen Table Clothes, White Linen Napkins and White Skirting
The Rehearsal Dinner, Bridal Luncheon or Brunch:
The Hilton Knoxville has 15 unique banquet rooms to accommodate from 20-500 guests for a rehearsal dinner, luncheon or brunch. The hotel requires a minimum of 25 guest for a meal function.
Wedding Guest Rooms
A block of guest rooms are available at a discounted group rate for the wedding party.
